CERTIFIED TRAINING PROGRAMME COACHING SHORT COURSE PROGRAMME IN-HOUSE COACHING PROGRAMME

WHAT WE OFFER


CERTIFIED COACH CERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAMME

UMCCed offers a 6-month programme, leading to the Certified Coach qualification. It is designed to groom individuals to become competent, qualified and professional coaches. With these traits and skills, they will be able to develop themselves and others in the organisation to a higher level of performance. It is goal oriented, personally tailored learning for your business, the business leaders, the management and the teams.

The whole training programme shall be divided into three certificate levels as the following:

  • Core Essential Level
  • Intermediate Level
  • Advanced Level

The training session will be conducted every Saturday and it will involve 15 days of training sessions consisting of 128 training hours.

Upon successful completion of the three certificate levels and a pass in all assessments, the participants shall be awarded with Certified Coach Certificate.

Prerequisite

A Bachelor Degree (from a university recognized by University of Malaya ) with 5 years of working experience.

Methodology

Various tools and techniques will be used to enhance learning and ensure transfer of knowledge and competency for practical application. The approach will employ interaction, participation, discussions, exercises, coaching practical and presentation.

The Certified Coach Training Programme is appropriate for Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Counselors, Professional Trainers, Consultants and Retirees. In fact, this programme is also appropriate for Directors, Managers, Team Leaders, Executives, Human Resource Personnel and anyone who is interested or in need to learn, to create and make desired changes to achieve his/her own or organisational goals.
