PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by cash or using crossed cheque / bank draft / money order / telegraphic transfer made payable to
“UMCCed” 2 weeks prior to the date of the programme. Otherwise we have to treat your registration(s) as unconfirmed.
If you wish to pay through telegraphic transfer please notify the
Course Coordinator before transferring.

Please send a copy of your payment slip to the Programme
Coordinator via fax / e-mail /post.

REPLACEMENT OR CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Replacement of participant(s) is allowed provided
that UMCCed is notified in writing of the name and designation of the new participant(s) at any time prior to commencement of the course.
Cancellations from the course is subject to the following:
i. Seven (7) days prior to commencement -full refund
ii. Less than seven (7) days prior to the commencement-50% refund
iii.After the commencement / No show - no refund.
Non-Attendance
If a participant fails to attend a course, the course fees will not be refunded nor allocated to another course.

Change of course date, course leader or venue
UMCCed reserves the right to make alternative arrangement to the above without prior notice to participants. Nevertheless, every effort will be made to inform the participant of these changes.
Additional expenses
UMCCed shall not be responsible for any extra expenses incurred by any participant(s) while attending the course.
